Hotellin vastaanottoon illalla tullessa, karaoke soi ja häiritsi keskustelua virkailijan kanssa. Hotelli vanha ja nähnyt parhaat päivänsä, mutta siisti. Huoneemme oli siisti. Kävimme saunassa ja se myös siisti, mutta ’kulahtanut’. Kaiken pelasti ystävällinen virkailija, joka palveli hyvillä mielin, muita työntekijöitä ei ollut. Hän siis teki...

"Huoneistossa edellisen vieraan tyhjiä viinipakkauksia, joka oli melko inhottava yllätys lasten kanssa vierailun yhteydessä. Pyysin lapsemme syntymäpäivän huomioimista sisään kirjautuessa ja vastaus oli tylysti ei. Aamiaisella töykeä palvelu eikä uloskirjautuessa kysytty sanallakaan vierailusta. Ympäristö on kaunista."

"Beautiful place set by lake outside the town of Puumala. It was a very peaceful and serene setting, a great place to go to get away from busy cities. I would say that the staff were friendly rather than warm and helpful."
