Quaint local property with cute decor. Building is older, and has steep stairs. Good enough for our stay this time. Unlikely to book again due to stairs.

環境蠻舒服的，老闆也很客氣，回應超級迅速！ 交通方便周圍也很熱鬧，離火車站走路一下子就到了，還蠻適合小旅行居住的。傍晚時算小有人流的，但不會吵雜。 很小的缺點，可能因為是屬於老房子，水壓不太穩定，蓮蓬頭開太大時會突然有很大的聲響，但不影響熱水的供應，冷氣也只有固定角度可以感應到但不會太難解決。有蚊子，但房間有提供捕蚊燈，和液體電蚊香，是沒有被蚊子干擾。 110年1月開始沒有供應早餐。但房間內應有的物品均有提供。

火車站走路5分鐘就到，非常非常方便！ 穿過小花園走進民宿裡面，讓我感覺正式進入台南的世界，所有佈置都很可愛和很有溫度☺️而且差點被老闆娘的熱情溶化❤️，完全感受到老闆娘非常用心的在經營。 再有機會來到台南，我還是會選擇這一家House123巷☺️👍👍👍💯

位置好，房間寬敞，主人夫婦及清潔的阿姨也非常好，唯獨欠缺電梯需要搬重重的行李上落房間，但主人都很主動協助。
