Nice hotel in the center of city

This is my second time staying at Fushin Hotel because of the good experience I had last year. They didn't disappoint this year with free shuttle service, comfortable and spacious room, delicious breakfast, free self laundry service, and friendly staff. The location is also excellent within short walking distance to several attractions. Definitely will stay with them again on my next trip.

This was a nice hotel in Tainan, the building was fairly modern. The hotel was clean with good facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was the same as a kind of three star kind of business hotel in the US. The best part was the buffet breakfast. Good place to stay for a night.

Good but not great

Family trip. Efficient check In , clean room although a bit humid when first entering the room, had to open the window for air to circulate a bit, fortunately not much of street noise. The hotel does not provide toothpaste and toothbrush which I find it a bit annoying since I check in late at night had to rush out to buy the toiletries from a local convenience store . Other hotels I frequent have an emergency toothbrush kits available at lobby upon request. I hope the management can be more assertive to customers needs in the future.

This was the most comfortable and best four-star hotel we stayed at during our entire trip, with outstanding value for money. The rooms are very spacious, with both the bedroom and bathroom offering plenty of space. While the décor is not overly luxurious, the room is well equipped with everything you need. Although the hotel does not provide bottled water, each floor is equipped with a water dispenser offering cold, warm, and hot water at any time, which is very convenient. The staff provide attentive and thoughtful service. At check-in, guests are warmly welcomed with a complimentary plate of fresh fruit, which was a lovely touch. The hotel is very reasonably priced, especially considering that breakfast is included. The breakfast selection is varied, and the dining area is clean and comfortable. The location is excellent—centrally located with many good restaurants nearby. Major attractions and the train station are within walking distance, making transportation extremely convenient. Overall, we felt very fortunate to have stayed at this hotel, and would highly recommend it.

Nice hotel in great location

Very chilled and comfortable place to rest. Walking distance to major attractions and restaurants. House keeping in the morning was a bit too noisy but corrected after complaints. Overall a good experience.

A wonderful hotel

It is the most wonderful hotel we have ever stayed. Front desk people were very helpful and nice. The room is pretty large and very clean with 2 sofas and big comfortable bed. The hotel even leave apple, orange and a banana for guest without any charge. The included buffet breakfast were so good with many kinds food and fruits. They provide free shuttle van to send guest to train station. This hotel located very close to very popular night market.

The breakfast options were minimal, and the same breakfast was eaten daily. Would like more different culture food option. The laundry facility was downstairs in the car parking basement which has a funky smell. Didn't use the laundry.

A modern hotel, very clean and feel luxury with free use of washers and dryers. Less than half hour walking from the train station. They provide shuttle service after 10 a.m., not very useful. No bath tub, spring water, but 2 free drinks after check-in. Also fresh fruits in the room.
