Fantastic hotel a short walk from the main train station. The staff are very nice and accommodating and there’s a free drink station providing ice tea and coffee. The rooms are nice and modern; a bit small but we could open two large suit cases on either side of the bed. I would definitely stay again.

This hotel is in great location and 2 min walk from Taichung station. Very convenient. The room is very clean. Buffet breakfast has variety of options. Strongly recommend this hotel.

Everything was great. I didn't give an overall five star rating because the room we stayed in is the smallest I've ever been in (other than perhaps on a cruise ship) but otherwise it was an enjoyable stay. Breakfast buffet was great and service was great and the place was clean.

Amazing Hotel beside Train Station

Hotel is clean and funky. Got a free fruity champagne for our wedding anniversary. Breakfast menu changes everyday. Service is awesome. Thanks to staff Ashley for the great recommendations of the city. Will definitely stay again next time.

Great stay

Location great right next to train station. Free laundry and coffee at lobby. 15 min walk to bus station where u can take coach to sun moon lake direct. Shops nearby includg a mall for food and shopping. Hotel is clean and modern. Room with little walking space but big nice toilet. I love this stay. Thanks!

Repeated stay in this hotel. Nearby TRA Taichung. Near Taroko Mall. Walking distance about 10 mins to 忠孝 night market. Clean /neat rooms. Improvement will be to have a luggage rack. Room I book was a double room. Walkable to 官原眼科。

Nearby railway station

Hotel was really nice, breakfast was good. Room was decorated nicely, but only caveat at my room was (maybe dont affect others) that floor level changes between different parts of room (bathroom, and reading area?). My boy tripped once to that "extra step" and I hit my feet once. Other than that.. Bed was huge and everything was good and laundry was free. Would visit again.

Clean, nice hotel with in amazing staff

The hotel room is very small but that is to expected in Taiwan. The bathroom however makes up for it. It was spacious and clean. I absolutely love, love the rain showerhead with mind-blowingly super strong water pressure. It was so enjoyable to take a hot shower after a long day out. The staff was absolutely amazing. They were professional and very friendly. They were eager to help you in anyway possible. There is a dining table and kitchen with plates, bowls and utensils for you to use. There was also a water dispenser to refill your bottle. Bonus point that they let to store your luggage before check in time. The location of the hotel was very convenient as it was minutes walking to Taichung Train Station and to the popular Miyahara Ice Cream Shop. There were also many good restaurants nearby and a mall within walking distance.

Friendly and efficient front desk service with special requests fulfilled. Most rooms in hotel are small but clearly stated in the hotel booking description and clean. Hotel has carpet instead of hardwood floor in the room that I stayed in which makes luggage maneuver a bit difficult in the small space. However, warm bidet toilet seat is a great bonus feature in the washroom during winter time. Minor suggestion for the hotel would be to provide 2 pillows per person instead of only 1 since most standard hotels nowadays come with at least 2 pillows/person. FREE self-laundry service although dryer needs 2-3 runs. FREE breakfast buffet even though limited selection. Walkable to Taichung train station, Miyahara cookie store and Takoro mall/Showtime cinema. Overall, a hotel with great CP value - highly recommended for solo traveler with short stay in Taichung.
