"Great location next walking distance to heavenly. Valet parking only so anytime you have to leave they have to bring your vehicle to you. Make sure you pay attention to their staffed valet times or you can make prior arrangements with them if you need vehicle before staffed times. Great coffee and break bar (not free). Overall location to heavenly is well worth it."

"During my 3-night stay there was no turn down or housekeeping service. I had to call down for fresh towels. There was no bell boy to help with my luggage, and to make matters worse, they charged me $20 for parking everyday even though I didn’t request it, nor did I have a car. And there was also a random $38 charge for “refreshments” and when I explained I hadn’t taken anything from the minibar they said it was for using their chargers. That was so random, especially since I did not use any of their charging cords, as I brought my own. It’s also very difficult to get to the Remus side of the hotel with luggage since the floors are all carpet. "
