"Clean room, centrally located, comfortable bed. It’s on a very loud street and it was difficult to fall asleep because of all the noise coming from the street. There was one elevator that was extremely slow.Had to wait a while to get the elevator to take our luggage down when it was time to check out."

"Important: if using Google Maps, make sure to turn right immediately after the Vini Vini in the commercial area. The old location leads to the maintenance area and no way to enter the lobby. A beautiful location with the best view of the sunset but the hotel needs some TLC. The rooms themselves are clean and pleasant, but the elevators and stairwells are very dirty. The entrance is beautiful but lacking ambiance (furniture, decor, music, employees). The lagoon area is nice but needs some landscaping. Beach access is nice. Restaurant on the beach is nice. Signage also needs updating. Staff were friendly but still in training. I think the hotel should have delayed it's reopening for another month or two, really cleaned up the place and had a soft opening for family and friends at discounted rates so the hotel could figure things out. Not sure why this stood out as well, but could also benefit from having secondary and tertiary logos (I think it's because the bar soap was wrapped in plastic wrap with the really generic text logo and it made it feel really cheap)"

"This hotel worked perfectly for our one night stay arriving late into PPT. As others have noted, it is somewhat basic but the rooms and property are comfortable and clean. It would be nice if the air conditioning was already on in the room to keep it cool, but it didn’t take too long to cool down once turned on. The staff was friendly and the hotel was a quick cab ride up the hill. We had an easy walk with our roller bags back to the airport on our departure. We would definitely stay here again if we needed a hotel near the airport for a convenient stay. "

"Room is spacious. Amenities average . No shower curtain and when you are taking a shower , water is everywhere . "

"Clean room, small but good. Good location. Thinner walls but I sleep with earbuds so it’s wasnt a problem. Clean bathrooms with showers that lock. Very very lovely and accommodating staff. Parking for I think $20 a day. After checking out, if you need to come back to use the shower (say if you have a late flight) that same day they will let you which was great."

"Pros: Hotel is very close to the ferry station. Staff very pleasant and room was spacious and clean. Cons: Room was very run down. Many items were broken, including fixtures in the bathroom and the television."
