"Tired, outdated rooms that felt worn and poorly maintained. Unfortunately, the service was equally disappointing, with staff seeming uninterested and unhelpful throughout our stay."

"Pros: good location, clean, new. Cons: This is a very, very basic room. There was a desk, but no outlets to plug in a laptop, and no lights on or above the desk. No amenities like a coffee maker, toiletries (a bar of soap or tissues would be nice), microwave or refrigerator. Yet there was an ironing board in the closet, but no iron, and there was an ice maker in the hallway, but no ice bucket. No restaurant on site. When we asked the front desk for dining suggestions they said to use Google maps! Breakfast was outrageously priced and we had to pay for parking. For the price of this hotel, I would expect more."

"Great place to stay when u get in on a late night flight. We used as our jumping off point. Nice clean rooms , nice beds. Right next to airport. Definitely take taxi as it is all uphill. Maybe 3/10 of a mile from airport terminal. Friendly staff decent breakfast. Will use each time we come as flights from the states come in late evening or very early morning."

"The room, called a bungalow, was very tiny, not even enough room for our luggage, which ended up on the floor of the bathroom. No drawers or places to put our things. The shower was unusable since it cycled from hot to cold, over and over and never kept a constant temperature. Had to wash using the sink! Limited parking. Owner was not available. Replacement staff was friendly, but not very knowledgeable. Would not stay there again."
