"The AC in our unit wasn’t working when we originally got there. The next morning when we notified the staff they immediately got us in a new, unit that was a step above our rented one and had working AC. Great customer service. "

"There was a bit of technical hiccup in the beginning of checking in but the staff was nice and patiently sorted it out for me. The place is quiet and clean. Location is very central and walkable to many touristy places. "
"My favorite place to stay when visiting Ottawa. Rooms are spacious and the bed is comfortable. It's always quiet. Everything in the room is well thought out. Tons of plugs for our computers, phones and electronics. Coffee is good too. "
