İ stay 4 stars hotel in praq one day before and it was almost half price than this place so i am not happy with this place but we could not find any other place at that time Only positive thing they have free parking for your car"

Laundry service was very convenient as it was free to use and has good machines. "I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Charles. This was my first visit to Budapest; the hotel is conveniently located on a major bus route, and thus was a good base from which to explore the city. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast is generous and excellent. My room was quite comfortable. As the hotel is located on a major thoroughfare, the rooms that face that road are quite noisy. I requested a quieter room and was immediately accommodated. I appreciated the staff's kind, efficient response, and slept well for the rest of my stay."
