Дуже комфортно, як вдома.

Дуже комфотртна і тепла квартира. все необхідне для проживання є- фен ,шампуні, рушники, чайник, посуд. Навіть сіль і перець і набір кави і чаю на два дні.

Baustellenlärm

Das Appartement ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist eigentlich sehr gut. Leider ist direkt vor dem Fenster eine große Baustelle, die viel Lärm macht. Ich wurde um 5 Uhr morgens von den Bagger geweckt. Das war sehr anstrengend, wenn man im Urlaub ist.

Leilighet IKKE i Old Town, som Hotels.com skriver.

Jeg bestilte Brama Portava fordi det står at de er i old town. Stor var min skuffelse da jeg oppdaget at jeg slett ikke fikk leilighet i gamlebyen. Jeg skulle være kun et par dager og ville aldri ha booket her om jeg hadde visst riktig beliggenhet. Jeg følte meg veldig lurt! Synes ikke det skulle stå på Hotels.com at de er i Gamlebyen. Da jeg klaget, sa de at de ikke kunne gjøre noe for meg. De lurte på hvor det hadde stått at leiligheten lå i Gamlebyen. Det står der fortsatt, men leilighet i en annen adresse enn den jeg bodde i.

Locatie is redelijk, nabij park voor winkels ca 500m. Kwaliteit woongebouwen in de omgeving wisselt, ca 20 minuten lopen van/naar station. Per taxi ca 10 minuten (Euro 2,50) Appartement is een moderne eenkamerwoning met balkon op de hoogste verdieping (6e) van een gloednieuw appartementengebouw gelegen op de hoek van twee straten.met uitzicht over heel Szczecin. Wandeling met koffers vanaf de locatie waar de sleutel moest worden opgehaald ,lvergde ruim 15 minuten. Medewerker van de organisatie Aparthotel had een plattegrondje beschikbaar maar wees ons exact de verkeerde kant op. Wifi bleek wel aanwezig en functioneerde prima. Instructie voor gebruik tv wordt sterk aanbevolen.

Проживали в апартаментах по адресу: Panienska, 14. Это комфортные апартаменты, находящиеся в самом начале Старого города. В апартаментах уютно и есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Рядом находится большое количество ресторанов и кафе, часть из которых закрывается поздно (так что есть возможность позднего ужина). От центрального вокзала можно дойти пешком за 15-20 минут. Перед заселением нужно обратить внимание на две детали - ключи от апартаментов необходимо получать на стойке регистрации апарт-отеля, который находится на расстоянии около 1,5 км; при получении ключей взимается однократный дополнительный сбор за уборку апартаментов, равный 40 злотым (обо всем этом заранее предупреждается при бронировании, однако не все обращают на внимание на эти детали). В целом от проживания остались только положительные впечатления! Рекомендуем!!!

Misleading informations

The adress you get from hotels.com on your email is not correct. What’s not included in the price is the obligatory fee for cleaning which is 40 PLN. Also in the email you get it says check-out is at 12 which again is not true; it’s at 11 am.

Modern apartment close to city center

Positives: Good location, Apartment in good condition, balcony, good wifi Negatives: - I was told by staff that apartment was not ready because of problems with the lock, as it turned out it was not cleaned yet probably because it was rented out for extended time to previous guests at the expense of not letting the new guest check in the promised time on the website. - Bed was not so comfortable.

No clue about the location

The place itself was fine, no problem. However we had to wait for 2 hours in the cold, because it was not in the location stated on the Hotels.Com booking, and nobody at Hotels.com could put me in touch with the right person. After that, a random man text me the address of the hotel, a completely different address to the one stated, and a 15 minute walk from where I wanted to be staying. I find it completely unacceptable, and even more so that nothing has been done about it.
