"The room was okay, slightly worn and the cleanliness could be better. The glasses and forks needed second wash before usage. The bathroom had silverfish coming out on the floor which made us uncomfortable. The bedding was not great, pillows were not made for the case, the mattress had stains under mattress cover, the headboard is simple MDF board that isn’t comfy to rest your head on unless you like to take pieces of wood out your head. "Worse than Radisson. The bathroom reeked of cigarettes; I had to ask for a room change. The window couldn't be opened, there was no option for fresh scrambled eggs with onions at breakfast, which is a regular menu for me when I travel, and the selection of fruit and fresh vegetables was poor. Overall, the standard was very average to mediocre, but I'd call it a 3-star hotel, maybe 3.5, but certainly not 4."

Balcony faces parking and garbage. No heat and it was 42 degrees outside. Great location, great great city but just a crappy place to stay. "
