Perfectly located within walking distance to Ortigia and plenty of shops and restaurants, this place has the best of both worlds: easy to access and convenience without the noise and crowds of the main touristy area. Alessandro is an exceptional host who truly goes above and beyond to make sure guests have a great stay. Highly recommend!

Alessandro was wonderful and friendly. Allowed us to check in early, saved a parking place for us and provided welcome information about sites and restaurants. Room was spacious and modern. Shared kitchen area with coffee and tea available. Breakfast was at nearby cafe - a drink and pastry, either savoury or sweet with great choice.

Good location , an easy 15-20 minute walk from Ortigia island and the Centre of town. The unit was spacious clean new and comfortable…only one slight issue that the owner is aware and trying to rectify …there is an unpleasant odor from the bathroom related to the building plumbing …it’s bearable …otherwise excellent service and accommodation. We had no problem finding free parking within a few meters away 👍

The property is very convenient for visits at the Megapolis archeological park (5/10 mins walk) and the island of Ortigia (30 mins). The host has been superfriendly and provided lots of useful recommendations for must see and restaurants in Syracuse.

Séjour très agréable. Nous avons eu la chance de nous garer prés de l'immeuble. La literie est bonne, tout est propre moderne etc... Mais loin du centre. Vraiment rien à redire bonne insonorisation, sommeil reposant!! Très bonne adresse! Petit déjeuner à 100 m mais bien!

Ausserhalb der Altstadt aber insgesamt sehr gut

Alles wie neu, sauber, netter Gastgeber, der uns morgens das Frühstück richtete. Frühstück eher basic. Der Gastgeber beriet uns super zu Syrakus und gab uns Empfehlungen zu guten Restaurants.

It was an enjoyable stay. Staff is incredibly nice and helpful. Modern and well designed room. Not a really good view and it was hard to let the sunlight in to the house. Some items in the room didn't seem like managed properly. Nevertheless it was a great experience in general.
