"When we arrived just after 4pm our room wasn’t ready but they changed our room and kept us next to friends we were traveling with. Unfortunately the pool wasn’t heated which was a shame as we were travelling in winter. We had an amazing experience with one of the staff Allan, he was so kind and friendly. ..."
