All the staff from front of house to service and cleaning and restaurant have been exceptional.
The food at the Jacaranda restaurant at dinner is top quality and breakfast is amazing with a good mixture of hot food, cereal and fruit with something for all dietary requirements. A great way to start the day.

"Spacious, modern and clean. Convenient to malls and all public transport - the new metro only takes 15min into the CBD. Reception very helpful and polite. "
"Excellent accommodation with very large room. Extremely clean and one of the best beds I have slept in at a hotel stay. Like new bathroom facilities, soap shampoo, and conditioner. The only negative, entrance is on a busy road and if you miss it, little time consuming to get back to. Just need to make sure you slow down to get it right."
"Check in was easy and we were lucky to get an early check in with no extra charge. There were lots of places to eat nearby and shopping including Westfield was only a few minutes walk. Will stay here again. Only issue currently is there’s construction on the site but you can’t hear much. "
