"This Race Course branch of the Chain does everything it says on the tin. Helpful staff, clean rooms, great breakfast choice. Having to fork out for parking is unwelcoming. Outside of race days whats the point.... a few miles down the road the member of the chain doesn't charge. So I go there next time. Otherwise no beefs."

"Was clean but very dated dull and drab furnishing, windows need net curtains or similar in the rooms that over look canal,436, as rooms opposite can see directly into your room if you don’t have curtains drawn which makes the room dark and the need for lights is not ideal, bathroom very old sanitary ware, toilet didn’t flush very well and took for ever to refill, cracked floor tiles, poor soap dispenser, really needs an update, overpriced. We booked a room with a 4 poster bed then on arrival were told we had a free upgrade to a 4 poster room.... Strange seeing as that's what we requested anyway. Room was at best ok. "Where do I start we got to the hotel on the first night go to the room to find there was no bedding for the kids we got charged for breakfast the next day for the kids the staff are useless the pool was closed by 7pm even tho is stated it was open till 9pm all the carpets in the hall way were taped down or ripped up the place is a joke for the price we paid"
