Top Swansea Hotel Reviews

ibis Swansea
10/10 Excellent
"Unfortunately the bar had no draught beer left when we arrived. The breakfast could have been better,no fried eggs and the bacon and sausage was over cooked and dried out."

Norton House Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"A lovely hotel. Cosy, spacious rooms. Very airy. Very clean bed, nice linens. Large shower, fab lit up mirror in the bathroom. TV was in good working condition and on a swivel bracket so could be watched from the bed, or sofa. There were waters, 2 lotus biscuits, tea and coffee in the rooms. The best bit were the fans in the wardrobe, which were powerful and much needed in the hot weather, so we were able to get a good nights sleep. Breakfast the next morning was varied and good quality. The staff were all welcoming and kind and when we said we were off to the beach, we were given complimentary bottles of water for our trip. 100% would come back. Had a lovely stay."

"During the past week I have had two stays at this hotel. The first as a loan lady traveller and the second with my husband. On my first visit I had had a terrible day and when I checked in I found my room was not to my liking - a personal thing, the room was beautiful but I just didn't feel comfortable. I spoke to the lovely Rhys on reception who was really kind and understanding. He did his very best for me, contact Kate the Manager and sorting me out with one that was exceptional, definitely well above the standard of room that I had booked and paid for. The hotel could not have been kinder with me, offering to place restaurant reservations or deliveroo orders as there is no evening meal on site. Both rooms that I stayed in had amazing showers and both had baths which is most unusual these days. A coffee machine and a kettle are provided for hot drinks in the room. The hairdryer is a good quality one that actually works well. Bedding is lovely, white cotton but not too crisp that it hurts to lie on. Breakfast is a definite treat, no buffet styled hot food service here. Everything is cooked to order and there is a great range that can be found on the breakfast menu on the internet. Everything and everyone displayed the hotels quality and excellent standards. The people that I would like to mention most are Molly, Rhys, Kate, Carys, Hayley and Layla. Thank you for everything. We will be back."

The Dragon Hotel

"The hotel is solid, not a bad stay and the bed was quite comfortable. The property is quite run down though, with ripped / broken carpet, no fridges, and the rooms and hallways have likely not seen renovations for quite some time. Staff were very nice though."
