"The last room available and although small, was clean, well presented and contained all the facilities of a 3+ to 4 star graded hotel. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful in explaining the facilities and processes."
"The hotel interior and exterior are simewhat tired and need redecorating. Main lift was not working so had to use a service elevator. Insufficient staff at breakfast, although the 2 waitresses were rushed off their feet!"
"The hotel is a great boutique hotel. The staff at Morgans Hotel, running the property, are amongst the best I've encountered. Everyone is helpful, patient, and takes great care of guests. The breakfast is excellent, with lots of chouces. The amenities are top-notch: Molton Brown, great bathrobes. Though many would say it is pricey, I think the combination of location, luxury, and their fantastic staff, make it a bargain."
