"Everything was wonderful until the end when the housekeeping staff were quite surly and unsmiling. Their unfriendliness saddened me as the front desk and restaurant staff were cheerful and very helpful. I think it’s important for you to know this as it affected my stay."

"Excellent location, and great service by those in the lobby. I wish the shower was a bit bigger, way too tight. Food was good, all 3 restaurants."

"Great hotel in the heart of Swakopmund, very close to the beach. The rooms are spacious and clean with nice balconies. Even without A/C, the room was plenty cool at night during my New Year stay. The staff are wonderful and very helpful with booking activities. Just a heads-up: your private fridge is located in a shared kitchen area for your section rather than in the room. Breakfast is standard for Namibia. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Sehr schönes Ambiente, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter und gute Lage."

"I had a good stay at Villa Wiese. Breakfast was very nice."

"staff was super kind and helpful"

"Highly recommended guesthouse in Swakopmund, very nice welcome, supportive staff, spacious rooms and lovely breakfast!"

"Very nice staff, quiet facilities, centrally located, great fir walking to the coast"

"What an interesting place. It was a little uncomfortable when the receptionist acted like we didn't have a reservation. Maybe it was my American accent. Ha! The room was wonderful and the Springbocks on the golf course are awesome! Thank you!"

"Best experience, very polite staff."

"This was a memorable stay, we will definitely be back!"

"Extraordinary accommodations and service. Wonderful and friendly staff, excellent local knowledge, high quality breakfast, secure gate, relaxing courtyards, convenient location. They treated us like royalty."
