Property was clean, comfortable, and quiet. They send you a code to get into the property and your room, it was easy! This location does not have many views or much sightseeing, but it is a great place to stay for the night during a road trip!
The room was very clean and the hotel very conveniently located. The area was sketch. I think it will improve over time but it seemed very much like an industrial port area. It was otherwise a very pleasant stay and easy to get to nearby towns.
This hotel looks brand new. Our room was modern and clean. It is located in an industrial area and there is a gas station next door. None of that mattered to us because the location for our itinerary was perfect and it was inexpensive. Of our 8 hotels, it had the largest bathroom and a fridge. Its a very short drive to the lava sea cliffs and some sea lion watching. There are also a lot of restaurants very near by, some walking distance. I would absolutely stay there again.
We didn’t see staff there as check-in was through passcode. It all went well and amenities, cleanliness and bedding were all good. It was very quiet throughout our stay, either the neighbours were quiet or the sound proof of the room was very good. It was perfect to stop over to go down to southern region after overnight flight.
Stayed in a lovely private room with private bathroom. Building was nicely quiet, even with people next door to me (I didn’t hear them). The shower was hot, which was great! Would definitely stay again :)
Strange location in an industrial estate. We stayed Saturday night but I would guess workdays there would be plenty of noise early on.
The rooms were good and clean.
Entry everywhere by access code
It was completely unstaffed.
A very good bistro type restaurant just round the corner with huge portions of food at a reasonable (for Iceland) price.
We would choose somewhere else if in the area again
Its a small self checkin guesthouse in middle of commercial looking area. But well managed and clean. You need to follow simple instruction to self checkin and get into hotel. No staff at hotel. Room was good enough for one night. No shampoo or conditioner so carry with you. No microwave but small fridge and kettle was handy. Wish curtains were more dark and covering whole window as it was very lighted due to sun whole time during summer.
We arrived much later than expected (too much to see and do along the way) and check went smoothly, the room was very clean and the beds oh so comfy. Great stay, thank you !

Very clean and comfortable. Lovely and warm. Small but functional for a short stay. Go to Heima Bistro, 2 mins walk away for tasty Icelandic fish and ships and an incredibly warm welcome
As stated in other reviews it is in an industrial area with not much in the area. We found a great family restaurant around the corner. Great place to stopover while doing the ring road
