"This hotel was AMAZING!! Literally, access to the beach was right across the street. The room I got was so spacious and clean and had an amzaing view of the beach, and the bridge. It was located right along the beach and restaurants so you did not have to walk far to find good food and drinks. Plus, inside the hotel, there was a cafe on the top 15th floor, pub on the 3rd floor and a restaurant on the 1st floor. The staff was very nice, checked in close to 11pm and was done within 5 minutes. Check out was done in a minute. I would definitely stay here next time. "

"Very clean and conveniently located hotel with friendly staff. Their breakfast buffet was a solid deal too, quite affordable for a good spread. The hotel is right across the street from Haeundae beach, and it was easily walkable to tons of local f&b and attractions. Great rate too. Recommend!"

"We had a fantastic stay at Lotte Hotel Busan. The hotel was exceptionally clean and modern, and we were fortunate to have a spacious room on a high floor with a great city view. The room itself was very comfortable, well-designed, and impeccably maintained. We really appreciated the space and overall quality, and honestly wished we could have stayed longer. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful, which made our experience even more enjoyable. We didn’t have the chance to try the dining options, so can’t comment on that, but overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel."

"Amazing hotel, excellent amenities - pool and sauna are awesome. Rooms were large and very well appointed. It was a very premium experience. The real fast buffet was great. Location on the beach provided beautiful views, and very close to the night market shopping street. Lots of dining options nearby. We loved our stay at this hotel. "

"Very old furniture and design. Looks not clean at all. Airbnb not really hotel. It's Hard to park and elevator is dirty and crowded at most time shared with downstair restaurants. The room has first bridge view, but can not see light show in the room. Price during weekends is very high as 5 star hotels, but condition and service is not comparable. Will not come back again. "
