"The hotel is conveniently located and very close to the Nakajima Park subway station. The staff were friendly and allowed me to check in early. The room is a good size. I didn't know where the strong bad smell came from along the floor where I stayed during the day. Luckily, the bad smell was gone in the evening."

"Randor hotel heritage was clean, spacious, and close to the train station (~6-7 minutes of walking) Check in was smooth and they kept my luggage when I checked out for over one day upon request, which was nice as I didn’t need to look for external luggage storage services. One thing I would note that there was a communication issue about luggage storage and staff came up in the morning of the check out day to my room thinking that they would pick up the luggage from me directly. While it was a nice gesture, I wasn’t prepared for the unexpected door knocking and I was getting ready. Overall I would recommend this hotel."

"It was a very nice hotel in the heart of everything Easy to get around The food needs to be looked at as the evening menu was sparse in both quantities and selection The special should be cancelled if a decent size appetizer and glass of wine could not be served for the price I would have gladly paid more and had a nice snack size"
The Royal Park Canvas – Sapporo Odori Park

"Room was clean, design was pleasant, and the view of Sapporo TV Tower was a highlight! We appreciated being able to choose which amenities we wanted (loved the face masks and skin care products) and the food/beverage coupons for if we decided not to have full room cleaning. It’s great to have incentives for environmental conscientiousness. The extra sofa bed was fairly roomy and comfortable for the third person. Having a record player was a neat experience, and the borrowing process was pretty easy to figure out with a good selection overall. The main lobby was well decorated and a nice place to enjoy a drink and some late night food. Staff were helpful and friendly, thanks for helping forward my luggage! The location is fantastic, right next to Odori Park and only blocks away from shopping and entertainment. Subway station exit comes up by the hotel, but unfortunately there was a lot of renovations so it was quicker to just walk to Sapporo Station. Only downside was not being able to use the rooftop patio, which I was really looking forward to. It was closed to guests for the first two nights for a private event, and then it rained every evening for the remainder of our stay. While we didn’t get the evening fire experience we wanted, the daytime view of the tower and park was nice. Overall, a fantastic stay and would love to stay here again on a future trip."

"This clean, modern and spacious hotel with excellent support staff is truly situated in a convenient location. The location in the Cocono Sapporo building allows you to shop and eat at a variety of venues. There’s also a multiplex cinema on one floor! If the weather is not conducive to walking, you only need to stay in the building for all your activities. Their English speaking staff are friendly and helpful with all your needs. Khang was especially helpful explaining how to deliver my luggage to another hotel. The location is in the center of restaurants and is just walking distance to attractions such as Nijo Market, outdoor shopping malls , TV tower, and even pop up Beer Gardens under tents. Daiso is in the building and Mega Donkey is a block away. Definitely returning here to stay when visiting Sapporo!"
