"This is not a good hotel for tourists. It’s a convention center, and it lacks the personal service that you would expect from a good hotel. Room clean is “on request”. I think that’s not good for any hotel, except here nobody told this at check-in either and it was not made clear in the room also. That’s just ridiculous. I had to accidentally read this on a poster in the elevator on day of checkout. So no clean towels on day two. Breakfast was insane! Had to wait in line for 20 min. And the offering was average at best. Location is bad because public transport is not near. The shower went from cold to burning hot continuously and was barely useable. I don’t like to complain and it was mainly my own fault for booking this. I will not be back here again."

"Hotel is well located with lovely staff. Our room was the small size one (as expected) but bigger than in others I've stayed in although the bed was very small - smaller than a standard double. The bathroom was fine - very clean wet-room style, good shower but had a very tired looking mirror (sides peeling off) & old chair under the sink which really made it look tired & worn. Simply replacing the mirror & removing the stool would add a lot aesthetically. The cozy hour is a nice touch, there's a good size baggage room downstairs & staff were absolutely lovely. Breakfast was served next door in a very nice well-sized breakfast room. Being picky, I'd have loved a bit more variety as it was the same on our 4 mornings. Juices were limited - not even orange and there was no yoghurt. Fruit was available but only in whole form (again none of my personal favourites such as berries, oranges, pineapple featured - but again, that's a personal choice. Overall would definitely recommend!! "

"The rooms are tiny for sure, but we know that when booking. The rooms are very well-designed, though, and quite functional. Staff were pleasant and helpful. I had breakfast here for the first time (having stayed here a few times in the past), and found the breakfast room to be very clean and bright, and the choices varied and tasty. Cabinn Scandinavia offers great value in a fun, but expensive, city."

"Issues: Kitchen/living room: No microwave is available, despite the listing indicating otherwise. Also, the hanging lamp is installed too low and repeatedly bangs into people’s heads — this is a safety concern. Bedroom: There’s a gap between the headboard and the wall where items fall and can’t be retrieved. Also, the slanted window has no blind, causing privacy and light issues in the morning. Bathroom: There is no exhaust fan, resulting in persistent odors and humidity. The shower head is very basic, and water overflows into the sink/vanity area when showering. Restaurant: Far from the hotel, not an easy walk on a windy morning."
