"It is a nice looking hotel with good breakfast and great location. Our heater did make noise but we didn't complain so I don't know if they could have/would have fixed it. It is a fairly long walk from EV charging (they don't have their own) so I might not stay there again but I love being the closest to the liftbridge."

"Too much noise at night. First night heard individuals talking through the night through the vents in the bedroom and living room. Second night family in next room allowed their child to cry and scream while they were in the livingroom laughing and talking loudly. After woken for the third time to a child screaming we called the front desk. The last time they allowed the child to scream for 15 mins. This was at 12:45 am. After that we no longer heard the child however the adults carried on until 2:50am in the morning. Once again we called front desk as we were not able to sleep with all the noise they were making. They did shut it down after that point. We were leaving in the morning and were driving so we need our sleep."

"It’s hard to judge the property as simply good or bad. Here is what I wish there had been more transparency about. This is a very old, industrial feel building. Our room was cold, you don’t have a traditional heater or thermostat, it’s radiant heat and turning the knob did not help. Had to get a space heater from housekeeping to warm the room up as it was 49 degrees outside. The windows are super thin and drafty. There are hardly any electrical outlets. There are no outlets in the bathroom at all. The tv is modern but the network and connections are terrible, nothing but pixels, delays and timeouts. Supposedly had cable from spectrum but the app asked us to log in, couldn’t use our own and cast to the tv as the connection couldn’t support it. No hairdryer provided, wish I knew that ahead of time as that is a pretty standard amenity. Because of the thin windows you will hear the loud drunk guys across the street at one of 109 bars on the block. Coffee is terrible. I am a woman in my late 40’s and I did not enjoy my stay. If you don’t need creature comforts then this probably just fine for you. The bed was comfy."

"The attendant was extremely helpful on getting us a room. My wife had just had major back surgery and we were on a 300+ mile drive back home. He had no rooms on the bottom floor except the room used for the attendants bathroom and storage. He didn't have to, but he set it up. Give 5+ stars to this man!"
