"We had a terrible experience since they did not recognize our reservation late at night. Fortunately we were not left on the street without place a stay. And due to my friend we managed to get a substitute hotel. We had to pay another 440.00 to stay at an alternate place. We are now out 528.00 we paid and need a refund. We left abandoned in a strange country with people that had all the lights off the front and our taxi driver came to the rescue. The innkeeper had no sympathy for our desperate...

"Face recognition required to get in and out. Took hour for company to convey information to apartment after finally filled out all the additional info requested to stay. Then face recognition to get out did not recognize face so had to wait an hour for someone to open door to leave. Had continuing issues with the face recognition. Onsite manager could not override, had to go through company. Room was ok but won’t be back after being stuck in/out of building. "
