"The room was excellent condition, with one huge exception: there was no hot water in the hotel. Also I reserved a 2-queen bed room, they were all taken and I was given a king bed room. (Thought that was thepoint of a reservation...) Breakfast was meh, but it was there; though freshground coffee was good. Best stars for the sales manager giving a substantial discount for the problems, though."

"We had a confirmed reservation at this hotel. When we arrived they said they were overbooked and couldnt accommodate us. Later, as we were still searching for rooms, we found the same hotel advertising rooms at twice the price.
