"The staff provides great service, and the cleanliness is excellent. The breakfast is small, but it has everything you need. I also appreciate the 24-hour coffee stations. Holiday Inn hotels never disappoint me."

"The property is old and is in need of an update. There appears to be black mold on the rim of the sinks and in the showers. The lighting is dim, and overall just feels rundown. The hotel boasts itself as pet-friendly, however, there's a sign in the lobby that states pets may not be left in the room unattended. This didn't affect my stay, but I imagine it could affect others. Something else to note was the fact that I was sent up to a room that belonged to someone else. Within 15 minutes of my alerting the front desk of this, they had sent another guest to the same occupied room that I was originally sent to. Finally, the hotel boasts 'Premium Channels' in regard to the tv. There was no menu on the tv, no way to figure out what was on without going through the 50+ channels, no way to pay for upgraded movies, and no way to stream on the tv. Seemed very antiquated. This was the least of my worries, but seems worth noting for future guests knowledge. Overall, the property left a 'bit to be desired'."

"I really enjoyed my stay. This hotel is a solid 4 star. The location is actually a 5 star as it is situated close to the freeway and right at an outdoor mall that offers all kind of stores, restaurants and amenities. It is 3 minute drive to the Boca Towne centre and 7 minutes to Mizner Park. The is tons of parking. The front desk staff are pleasant, the cleaning staff are not. The rooms are large and well lit. The beds are very comfortable. The amenities are alright and do the job. The pool is a nice size with lots of seating and there is a gym! "

"During the 3 night stay, no room service was provided, even though it was requested. No additional pillows were provided, even though they were asked for. A center coffee table in the lobby collapsed on top of my foot. The table leg had previously broken off and it had been precariously slopped back together with glue. The bathroom had black mold on the bottom. The smoke detector alarm chirped for 2 nights with no resolution, even though we requested it more than 3 times along our stay. While the staff was superficially pleasant, any request for support in light of escalating problems was ignored. This was by far one of my worst stays for me, my wife and my 93 year old mother. "
