"Well located right on the waterfront parking was easy and available spaces right outside. Room was clean and well appointed and breakfast was good."

"not enough parking"

"Stayed for one night and could not fault it. In particular, the staff were attentive and extremely pleasant. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was lovely with great service and it was reasonably priced. The hotel is city centre so a very good location but you will get a view of the street. Our room was a good size and very clean and overall hotel was clean and very nice."

"Very nice comfortable rooms"

"I have never been received so warmly at any hotel in my entire life of travels. I wish I could remember the young ladies name who checked us in. She was so helpful and went out of her way to receive us. She literally followed me out to the car to take our luggage in, she stored it until our room was ready and when we returned everything was in our room. "Lovely modern apartment with all mod cons, great private parking and proximity to city centre."

"Loved the proximity to the Titanic Museum. The hotel was like a museum itself! Lovely stay, and the concierge team was so helpful!"

"This place was lovely. Very impressed."

"Lovely hotel in a historic converted building. Quiet luxury. Abigail in the spa does a wonderful lymphatic massage. Scones in the bar are a must."

"Lovely hotel, room in general was great, only issue was temperature. Really hot and no way off cooling on radiator or any control panel."

"Clean well appointed room. Staff were very helpful. No food available in the evening hours unfortunately, not even a sandwich, so be warned"

"Staff members were nice and friendly. Location is great and close to the main touristc areas"
