The hotel located very near to the highway. The room booked located on the10th floor was big and clean. Malay stalls and surau are within 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel. I am satisfied with my stay in the hotel.

Overall a Positive Experience

Overall, this was a good place. The breakfast was good, with a huge variety. The room was spacious. However, the bed was solid. We ended up trading off who would sleep on the couch, which was vastly more comfortable. We used their laundry service, which was reasonably priced, convenient, and they did a good job. We were there for a wedding, so the hectic schedule forced us to use the room service more than once. The service was reasonably quick and the food was decent, though not as good as breakfast. It is also an easy walk to a bunch of restaurants. For the location, it was great.

Pillow n towel chargeable??

Need towel and pillow cost me rm5 each.never went to other hotel when request extra pillow or towel chargeable.what a hotel this.rm5 yes small but it's that how u make profit.will never go there again.

Nice room

The room was nice when we check-in but we are disappointed with the mattress. You can feel the hard spring at the back. Overall, we enjoy staying here.

Good location near exit to highway and easy to find. Parking is available. Room fairly good size with good view if surrounding area. Poor room amenities. Bathroom amenities only provided for one person despite ir's a twin room but can be requested from housekeeping each day which is inconvenient. Poor TV reception in the room. Good lobby.

Bad service by front office male staff especially

Not even great wen v check in ..very rude doesn't know very basic customerservice sop..im not so sure what was his position ( im refering to 1 malay guy in FO ) how he can b hired? plz gv some training on how to b friendly to guest...other then that everything was pleasent n excellent.all the female receptionist who handle our reservation during c/in & c/out was excellent👍👍

I have stayed in this hotel each time I come to Sungai Petani. This is one of the better hotels in SP. The rooms are huge with a large living area and has a sofa/coffee table for stretching out at the end of the day. However the rooms are showing its age and would do great with a revamp/renovation. Maintenance could be better as the bathtub was cracked and some of the furniture badly scuffed. The room was quite clean but is unable to make up for the lack of maintenance. For travellers with valuables, there is no safe in the room although the reception is able to provide storage for valuables.

The hotel doorman greeted us courteously. He allowed us to park our car right in front of the lobby! Hotel check-in counter staff is very courteous, helpful and efficient. No issues in allocating us our 3 rooms on the same floor. Our welcome drink was served quite quick. The rooms were clean with all the expected amenities. The bathroom is clean and well stocked. The surrounding environment is very quiet and we had a good night's rest. Checking out was also efficient and the counter staff is always courteous and attended us with smiling faces. Thank you so much for the services rendered. We had an excellent stay.
