"The bed was super comfortable..was on the 3rd floor with no elevators and thee hallways smelt like old socks"

"The hotel and rooms were clean. The bed was comfortable. Loved the swimming pool and hot tub. The swimming pool room was really nice and warm . had a tropical feel to it and the shower for the pool had nice hot water so you were comfortable showering before entering the pool. The breakfast was the only disappointment. The only hot food was waffles, no eggs or bacon/sausage. Maybe it was offseason... Don't know. Other than the breakfast our stay was great."

"My room had a weird scent then I saw a hole under the sink, which I believe that goes to the sewers. Other than that, the room served its purpose."

"Hotel needs a reno- carpets look dingy. Counters have been replaced (in room & bathroom) so the rooms look ok. Breakfast was disappointing but served it's purpose. No fresh fruit. Hot tub wasn't functioning when we were there. Ok for a night in transit but I wouldn't likely book here again. "

Other guest called down to a friend in the parking lot to toss up his keys. He said the keys work on all rooms (alarming!) He did actually open his room with bis buddy's key from another room. "Staff are friendly and attentive but the overall state of the hotel leaves something to be desired. Lots of areas need maintaining, the elevators were consistently out of order and the breakfast bar was consistently out of various items."

"The front staff (William) was absolutely amazing! We had an issue with the AC in one of our rooms and he was professional and so helpful! The rooms were very clean, the hot-tub did have some peeling, and there are no USB ports in the room (bring an adapter)."
