"My room had a weird scent then I saw a hole under the sink, which I believe that goes to the sewers. Other than that, the room served its purpose."

"The staff were lovely but the room itself was not great. I had a run/race in Red Deer so I was hoping to get a good nights sleep the night before. The bed had a big lump in the middle of it which made it difficult to sleep on, you heard everything that was happening in the other rooms next to my room and the cleaners or fresheners they used were extremely pungent. I hope they at least replace the beds. It was rough!"

"Rooms very rundown. Staff not helpful. Charged my card before I arrived when it was supposed to be at the end of the stay. Breakfast hours were terrible. Couldn’t park in the tiny parking lot. "

"The hotel and rooms were clean. The bed was comfortable. Loved the swimming pool and hot tub. The swimming pool room was really nice and warm . had a tropical feel to it and the shower for the pool had nice hot water so you were comfortable showering before entering the pool. The breakfast was the only disappointment. The only hot food was waffles, no eggs or bacon/sausage. Maybe it was offseason... Don't know. Other than the breakfast our stay was great."

"it is an old building with old rooms. the bed was clean and comfortable, the towels were very nice , the shower was wonderful and the price was right. the staff were nice and prompt with what we needed."

"Dirty all round. Riggety stairs going up to 2nd floor. Very old property. Parking lot is extremely rough and not enough space for all guests. Room door handle was very loose. Other guest called down to a friend in the parking lot to toss up his keys. He said the keys work on all rooms (alarming!) He did actually open his room with bis buddy's key from another room. The fridge was turned off when we got there. Stinky! Bathroom plug-in did not work. Bathroom showerhead was hanging loose from the...

"The hotel was good it’s a bit outdated but still has lots of charm. And it was nice to be able to go to the casino which was very good and clean."

"Older property, given there are newer hotels in the area, would definitely choose differently as the cost was more. Pool is small and I wish it was self serve for their breakfast."

"They had a large fridge in the room. Air was ok in the room but the entire rest of the hotel wreaked of cigarette smoke and I could hardly breathe. Bathroom fan and air conditioner fan made loud clanging noises."
