"The room was clean and nice. Disappointed with the reception staff- unfriendly and unprofessional. Their dress and appearance was far from proper. Guys had long scraggly hair- one guy wearing a toque, the other guy wearing a cap backwards!!"

"Great breakfast and pleasant staff. The only complaint I have is that the pillows on the beds were way too firm. The pillows are about 20 inches square, 10 inches deep and rock hard. Could not rest our heads on them without getting a sore neck. Slept without pillows."
