"Our only issue was the airport shuttle. We booked this hotel because it offered this. The hours were very limited and it was much quicker and easier (but more expensive) to use a Grab. The pool and pool bar were wonderful! "

"Our stay at D’Resort at Downtown East was great. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family. The location is very convenient since it is close to restaurants, shops, and Wild Wild Wet. We really enjoyed the relaxing environment and the staff were friendly and helpful during our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this resort for families or anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Singapore."

"It's great if you are transiting, but I think check in from 6pm otherwise $18 per hour for early check is too much. Also, I had to change plans because my flight was impacted by the recent issues in the middle east. I tried to contact them and they never got back to me"

"Convenient, clean, quiet, comfortable enough, expensive for what it offers. Check in wasn’t helpful…too many unnecessary questions like hand over boarding pass for previous flight. Bento box dinner was poor. Lounge breakfast was a bit sad but toast and scrambled eggs was ok-ish. Glad to leave."

"The location is walkable to many eateries, the East Coast Beach and MRT station. The rooms looked even better than the pictures so I was pleasantly surprised. They have a steam iron which was excellent for business travellers. Breakfast selection was wide and varied. Perfect if you don’t mind staying in the Katong area, which can be further to Bugis and Gardens By The Bay and other city sights. "
