The rooms are called pods as they are very small. They are temperature controlled and for a poor sleeper I slept very well. The room was spotless, bed comfortable. The hotel has a lounge area with complimentary tea, coffee, water which was nice. You can buy food and eat in this area which is great. The location at Jewel is great, easy to find after customs and then you have the shopping centre for what ever you need. Recommend

We like the location and convenience of this hotel either for catching an early morning flight or a long overlay in Singapore. However, once inside, it can be quite confusing to navigate around the place as the multiple exit signs do not all lead to the lobby area to exit the property. Also, it’s quite pricey.

For a quick transit stay, this hotel isn’t bad. You’ll be right in Jewel Changi, with plenty of restaurants and amenities nearby. Easy access to all terminals from Jewel.

The rooms are cube-like. It was fine for a few hours while connecting flights- little room to move or for large luggage. But clean comfortable and in the surrounds of "Jewel" shopping centre- plenty of shops restaurants to choose from.

Small Cabins, limited amenities but everything you need for an overnight before an early departure. Conveniently located in the Jewel mall so only a short walk to many restaurants and shops. About a 5 min walk from T1 and 10 mins to T2.

I chose to stay here during a 10hr transit. The hotel is Located within a short walk from terminal 3 - you must pass immigration and walk to jewel, a 15min walk and the hotel is located within the mall - lots of food options and shopping within. I recommend if you are on a short transit

Very convenient location with good connection to airport terminals and located in a decent shopping centre. Only downside I could pinpoint was no natural light as the rooms do not have windows. Other than that, a pretty good stay.

Conveniently located in the Jewel section of the Terminal 1, this transit allows travellers to stay in a room and sleep on a bed comfortably during their long transit time. The bathroom is decently equipped for travellers in transit for a nice hot shower and quick refresh before they catch their next flight. Price is a little expensive for what it is. But, totally worth it when one thinks about having to spend a long time at the airport overnight when shops are closed.

The room is very new and clean, perfect for one traveller. Bed is so comfy, good shower-head, has everything you need for an overnight stay. Check in time is kind of late 6pm, check out is 9am. There are lots of places to hang out in Jewel doom.

tiny small room great for my 12 hour layover to just sleep and shower and watch netflix. Literally seconds away from the world famous waterfall inside the mall. plenty of mall stores to shop from within walking distance
