"A very comfortable room, with a nice clean bathroom. A warm welcome from reception. A very good restaurant. Minor issues for improvement are with the signing. It’s not quite clear from the upper level of the car park where reception is (it’s down the steps) nor was it clear how to enter the restaurant from the stairs. However very reasonably priced and better than a soulless Travelodge."

"It met my expectations, if you consider the price. The only thing that didn’t quite match my expectation was for breakfast options. That may be expedia’s fault in picking up on the wrong info about the property. The breakfast is only instant coffee , some fruits and super basic pastry. Which would have been just fine if it was clearer when booking "

"The appartement itself was well appointed and very comfortable, but our experience was negatively affected by an incident in the parking area. We were approached by a male individual who we could not identify as either a guest or a member of management. He berated us for how we had parked, speaking in a rude and intimidating manner. Had there been an issue with our parking, a polite explanation would have been appreciated. Instead, the interaction left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. As...

"We had the most amazing stay at this cosy, comfortable cabin surrounded by greenery. It was like living in a tree house. The birdsong was beautiful as were the sunsets and views of the night sky. The cabin was spacious enough for two and had everything we needed for our week long stay, including parking. There is a log fire with plenty of wood for cold days but we were very lucky with the weather and had warm sunshine every day which made the cabin warm and cosy to come back to after days out....

"We did not even look inside the room. The staff was not available to cancel the reservation could not be found. And the property was so dirty on the outside of the building that was all you needed to get a idea of the hotel it was loaded with fast food garbage piled up in front of the office and scattered all over . We stayed all over Scotland and it didn’t matter how old a place was it was clean and maintained. Expedia should be embarrassed to have them on the website and with a great rating so...

"It felt wonderful to be able to come back to this hotel at the end of a long day. The staff and management really go all out to make guests feel at home. The rooms have very comfortable beds and beautiful bathrooms! Meals are also very nice - and again, it was so comforting not to have to go out again at the end of the day. "We upgraded to a super king room, but felt that it was not worth it, and feel if that was an upgraded room, then i dread to see what a normal room would have looked like also there was an outside pipe which ran very heavily down the roof due to the bad weather."

"If your on holiday in Glasgow. Or celebrating an anniversary with the wife. Or lord&lady Muck on the way to ones horse racing at Hamilton. This place will just not suffice. However if you're a contractor just looking for a bed for the night and want a pint in the pub with a curry across the road or your with someone else's wife , a hot shower this place scores 10/10. . "Had such a lovely stay - was upgraded to a beautiful suite . I have been very ill and only just able to travel again and they left me a beautiful hand written card along with Prosecco and a little teddy . They went above and beyond to make sure we had a perfect stay . All the staff were so friendly and helpful . The champagne bar is lovely and the location is very central .
