"Excellent stay,,Maria was fantastic!"

"From the front desk to the breakfast, all of the staff were amazing! The bed was great, room very nice 👍. Very Clean hotel and Professional. The restaurant also had very nice and respectful workers!"

"A lovely stay! The online check-in was simple, and PIN access made arrival easy—no keys to collect or carry. A convenient, hassle-free system. Would happily stay again!"

"The check-in process was very poor. It relied on an unreliable-looking website that was mostly in Slovak and was difficult to get working (only partly on English). Communication with the hotel was also clumsy, and there was no information provided about breakfast or other practical matters. The bathroom drain was blocked, causing the bathroom to flood. "Very convenient place after spending the day in the mountains. Was recommended to eat at this burger place and it was the best burger I had outside the United States."

"Fint och välstädat! Trevlig personal"

"I arrived late and they were waiting for me. Thank you."

"This is a beautiful hotel! It is set in a stunning location. The room was large and felt very luxurious. It has a bathtub, which is rather rare these days. The food in both the main dining room and the bar is delicious. Staff is lovely and knowledgeable about the area and is willing to arrange whatever activities that interest you."

"Cute place right near the mountain!"

"In a string of five backpacking days and high mountain huts, Hotel Sliezsky Dom was an unusually pampering exception. This is by far the most spoiling high mountain lodging I've ever been to (and I have trecked in five continents). Chef-made food, well equipped bar, comfortable rooms, and much more. Much more than a mere mountain hut"

"We've stayed here on multiple occasions. It is well priced and a pleasant, simple hotel to stay at. We always enjoy our stay here. Beautiful views, as well."

"-Checkout already at 10am -30 euro extra fee for 2h late checkout -As a Spa hotel the Spa should open earlier then 12 during the weekends"

"Clean, comfortable room."

"We was little confused on the beginning because no on was there any there was not clear instructions witch room we have. Bathroom needs renovation. Overall good location."

"We really enjoyed staying in our studio room and although we didn't cook we did use the kitchen for breakfast and snacks. We didn't have a washing machine, but the apartments do, so keep that in mind when picking rooms. The bathroom is ultra modern with a fab shower and lots of space. It is very central in town."

"Nice location and clean property. The check in process was not smooth or clear though."
