Very much a top luxury Hotel with priced accordingly. Staff and service excellent. Spa great for relaxing with Bar service and stunning views. Rooms luxurious and views either side of the Hotel stunning. The Hotel set on the beautiful Strba Tarn against a backdrop of stunning mountains. Great walks / hiking trails very worthwhile but note they are long and quite hard to hike (proper footwear essential). Highly recommended Hotel. Thank you for our stay.

We had high hopes for this hotel, it was overall disappointing. We were given a room with a view to some rocks we had to pay extra to have something to see. They said that since we booked through Expedia....we don t get the same advantages as other customers, this is not a 5 star thing to say at the reception. The restaurant food was simply atrocious, I paid 60 euros for the worst piece of stake I had in my life, ever. Do NOT go to that restaurant, you have been warned. The bar and the spa are the only things we actually liked, 99% of the staff are very well trained and very polite.

Hotel is beautifully situated, staff helpful, breakfast delicious. There is one huge problem. Our room was horrible. Bed was not even 3 stars range. We couldn't belive our eyes. So our advise is : if you are not staying in top price room dont bother. Not worth your money.

The views are spectacular , the staff at the reception are nice, not that much at the Zion spa . English is a problem , they all speak Slovak and polish. No air condition in the whole hotel. How come , a 5 star hotel without air condition in the summer where temp is 95. They asked us to open the window and they brought us a fan from 1990 . All the bugs in the valley end entering through the open window. Breakfast is greasy and don’t expect any one to smile at you. Definitely , not worth the money, few other options in the area probably better. Over priced with less amenity . Not to mention , the spa receptionist did have much of decency . If you don’t speak Slovak , look somewhere else.

Ein wunderbares Hotel inmitten der Berge, wir hatten das Zimmer 415, mit Blick auf den See und die Berge. Das Personal ist sehr liebenswürdig und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns in dieser Woche sehr wohlgefühlt.

Experiência imperdível para aqueles que querem vivenciar um hotel de excelência que cuida de cada detalhe para proporcionar ao hóspede todo conforto possível. O prédio e o hall são belíssimos e o hóspede é recebido com uma taça de frizante.O quarto localizado com vista para montanhas tem uma das mais belas vistas que já vivenciamos. Tem todo conforto possível. Tem um restaurante belíssimo para jantar e para um café da manhã completíssimo. Tem piscinas aquecidas com vista para as montanhas e spa. Abertura de camas com garrafa de água. Frutas no quarto. Chá, nespresso, frigobar completo. Climatização excelente. Com certeza um dos melhores hotéis em que já nos hospedamos. Parabéns a toda a excelente equipe.

Bonjour, nous avons contacté l'hôtel car nous étions en panne de voiture un week end au milieu de la Slovaquie donc pas de possibilité de faire plus de 200 km avec une voiture avec un pneu crevé et pas de possibilité de faire changer la roue pendant tout le week end car tout était fermé. L'hôtel n'a pas voulu nous rembourser ni faire un avoir pour que nous déplacions notre voyage. C'est bien dommage.

The property/service/staff does not live up to the usual Kempinski standard. The signature smell of this property is an ever-present somewhat coal-like smoke from the fireplace - starting with the lobby and affecting the outside.

Hotel je krásný a byl v období Vánoc nádherně vyzdobený. Jediné co na pokojích chybí je kávovar a konvice. Konvici Vám na vyžádání donesou. Služby na recepci jsou výborné jen personál v restauraci byl průměrný.
