"Our experience here was genuinely poor. Right from the start, our room key didn't work. We got moved to another room, only to find out the AC did not work. So, on to a third room, where we then had to ask for blankets because there weren't any. The issues didn't stop there. We were told breakfast would be served at 9 AM, but it didn't arrive until 10 AM, meaning we had to rush off to catch our flight without eating. Wished they are more prepared and proactive.
