"Warm welcome on arrival and a free upgrade o a lovely room.
The room was clean and had everything we needed for our comfort and convenience.
Breakfast was fantastic and the staff in the dining room very friendly and helpful.
Had two meals in Chaplins restaurant and all 4 of us enjoyed our meals, again the staff member was friendly and helpful.
We were a party of four and had two rooms and everyone was happy and enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you for the upgrades much appreciated.
Would...

"We had a room with a queen bed. It had a cheap looking gray rug covering the carpet (assume there were stains on the carpet), and the room was otherwise quite plain - none of the regal looking draperies etc that we expected. There were obvious electrical problems in the hallways, as the overhead lights were not working, and there were lamps set up on little tables along the hallway. to provide light but were kind of pain to maneuver suitcases around. The place has potential but was not as grand...

"I checked in about 7:00pm and my Booked room had been given to another guest. I was given the “last” room - a twin with basin in the room (tells you how outdated it was).
Website also clearly states bar is open till 12 for guests. By the time I picked my partner up from Inverness airport and got back to hotel about 11:20pm (both looking forward to a “refreshment” after her delayed flight) everything was closed down for the night.
Poor accommodation

Table et chaise cassées.
