"Beautiful Victorian 76 room property in a quiet and peaceful location in Forres. I assume the property is to be developed into a luxury hotel eventually but at the moment you can stay in it as it is. Clean, comfortable and excellent value."

"We had a wonderful stay. The decor was beautiful. The rooms were spacious and clean. Jen and Simon were fabulous hosts and their staff were so helpful. Plenty of options for a great breakfast and the hotel was in a great location, just a short walk to the sandy beach. We will be back!"

She gave us a great recommendation for a restaurant within walking distance and it turned out to be a lovely suggestion. The home is well kept!
