"Daniel was very helpful and Caring."

"Clean room"

"The good thing is its just across the Vienna Main Train station. Staff was not helpful. There was no mode of communication in the room to contact the staff. I had to go the reception to ask for iron. They keep on saying it will come in 10 mins even after going multiple times downstairs. After an hour, I had to go without ironing my clothes.

"Hotel Gilbert is unique and very much a boutique hotel. We loved the &Flora restaurant and the hotel’s proximity to all things Vienna. Would absolutely stay there again!"

"We really enjoyed this hotel. I thought we were getting two twin beds as I’m traveling with my mom but it was a king bed with separate comforters. The breakfast was pricey but 10/10! Very delicious. Hotel staff were very nice!! We were about a 16-20 minute walk from what we wanted to do but it was fine."

"This hotel was perfectly situated just a short walk from the heart of Vienna. The area was quiet & safe; but vibrant enough as bars and restaurants are at the end of the street. The hotel itself is immaculate in every way. The staff in their service are friendly, professional and helpful. The rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious. Food and beverages - excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it: and will certainly plan to return there."

"Great hotel with the perfect location. Very friendly staff and helpful concierge"
