The resort is clearly and consistently understaffed. At many points, there is only one bartender working — not just occasionally, but regularly — and that same person is often also responsible for running food orders. "Great amenities with a nice big pool and the hotel is right off the beach. Also a great restaurant right on the property. Rooms are a bit dated, but nice enough. Staff didn’t seem overly happy, especially the person at the pool towels to answer any questions, but the activities lady was very friendly and happy to set up a Happy Birthday display. "

"Very good location. Good access to restaurants for dinner and beach bars for lunch. Breakfast was fine. Rooms are clean. Water is not drinkable and sometimes smells. Property is very strict, only 1 espresso pod per person per night. Only one beach towel and it needs to be exchanged via towel card. Also no outside food or drinks on the beach chairs. The ocean view rooms, ocean view is marjinal."

"Had a great stay/experience at the Belair Beach Hotel. Rooms were big and kitchen was stocked with plates and silverware. Balcony view was AMAZING! Chairs and table were included on the balcony. Air conditioning was excellent as was shower water pressure and temps. Beach was one of the best on the island. Clean, free of sargassum, and very private.
