GREAT Hotel

Great clean and comfortable! Friendly staff easy check in with paid parking. Perfect location next to both trainstaition and MHP Arena. A lot of things in walking distance. I highly recommend.

The AC is too weak, if the temporary could be a little cool, will be better!! However, the location is very convenient, still worthy to stay.

I can not believe, the hotel don't have laundry service? And as the mid-to-high-end hotel and for business trip, the hotel don't supply "Laundry"? Furthermore, there is one people in recption after 10 pm, how come?

Good

Room was clean but looked a bit tired. Chips in furniture and floor needs refreshing. Brilliant shower and hairdryer and love the magnifying mirror. Our room did not have any tissues in the box and the toilet paper is extremely rough. We requested a quiet room and thankfully it was even though it was very near the lift.

Small rooms - basic services

The room is very small, with very basic things in it. No minibar, no pot to boil water for coffee. The air conditioner didn't work all over the hotel although we specifically asked about it before the reservation. We stayed only two nights so it was bareable, but it's not recommended for longer stays.

Near the station, but not so confortable

Located near Ludwigsburg station, but not so cozy to stay at this hotel. Room key does not work when you put it together with other cards such as credit card etc. When I faced the issues a few times, the receptionist behaved as if it was my fault. Room was not clean enough. While I stayed here for 1 week, I saw something like sea louses a few times, which made feel bad...

Forvirrende check-in process, vi checkede ind online to dage før ankomst men skulle tjekke ind igen ved ankomst og de havde byttet rundt på vores navne. INGEN rengøring - vi skulle bede om det senest dagen før men trods det fik vi ikke nye håndklæder. Badeværelset er slidt, bruseren lækker ud på gulvet så alt er vådt. Bordet var slå slidt at overfladen var faldt af. Eneste gode er lokationen.
