"The Latch Inn is a lovely quaint place to stay full of old world charm. It is located in a beautiful area of Sidney with marina and bay views. Jas was an excellent host, he was very welcoming and gracious. I read the positive reviews about the breakfast, and they were spot on. The breakfast options were fabulous; the Eggs Benedict was extremely delicious, and the service was excellent. I recommend this hotel, if you are looking for a unique experience with great breakfast and service."

"Excellent, clean hotel with amazing service from all staff! Weirdly, the hotel doesn't have access from either of the 2 main roads. Take the roundabout and side road to get there. Nice, close drive to the ferries. Hot, daily breakfast was great! Pool was a bit cool, and no hot tub either but we knew going there that they didn't have one. I recommend this hotel if you are staying in Sidney! If Victoria is your destination though this is a bit of a drive away, anywhere from 25 minutes to about...

"I would rate it excellent except that we had a frightening experience with a guest. We were leaving early with 2 small children to catch the 8:00 ferry. Unfortunately we woke the guest while we were exiting down the hallway and he opened his door and screamed expletives at us and our small children. Then repeated it as we left the hallway. The little boys were terrified, as were we. There were no staff on at that time, 7:00 am. Therefore no security."
