"A beautiful hotel and spa, spottlessly clean and well maintained. Plenty of choice of food. The hotel is in the pretty village of Bad Hofgastein with plenty of amenities and lovely views. Perfect for a relaxing holiday. "

"It was quiet ,the food was good ,the receptionists were nice, the pool was good and the beds were comfy "

"Eine verdunkelungs Gardine hatte keine funktion. Beim frühstücksbuffett fehlte die loebe am Detail. Käse und Wurstwaren wurden als klotz hingelegt bzw. Aus der packung so abgelegt. Sah nicht ansprechend aus. Man musste öfters darauf hinweisen, dass einige sachen schon vergriffen waren. Und was total irritierend war ist, dass es kaffeekapseln zu €1.50 das stück zu erwerben war wenn man ein "guten" Kaffee trinken möchte. Wir finden, das sollte inkl. sein, oder deutlich günstiger. Ansonsten waren...

"מקום מקסים ופשוט. נקי, ונעים. הגענו אחרי טרק מעייף והיינו מרוצים מאוד. קיבלנו חדר עם נוף להרים. פראנץ שמח מאוד לעזור לנו, תכנם איתנו טיול מוצלח, ועזר לנו עם הכשרות. מומלץ למטיילים באיזור! "
