"The pillows and beds were very uncomfortable. The furniture setting seemed to be an afterthought. One of the sconce light fixtures was directly above where your pillow goes, and kept hitting my head on it. The sofa next to the bed is too large, and seems unnecessary, with a set of bunk beds in the space. The bathroom was nice, clean and large. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The amenities at the main hotel (spa), were great. "

"The place was great, and the hosts were friendly. However, after we left, they insisted that we hadn't paid yet for the stay. We had paid via hotels.com, with receipts to prove it. They said we still owed the full amount though, and requested my credit card info (red flag) or a bank payment. I told them I had already paid, then ignored the invoice they sent me. It's possible it was a misunderstanding on their end, but I would be cautious about this place and watch out for potential scams..."

"We had a beautiful long weekend, exceptional staff and massage, and enjoyed the location of the hotel with direct access to the panoramic walking/hiking paths - to town & the waterfall or Bad Hofgastein. Can absolutely recommend!"

"Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und das Hotel ist sehr sauber, das Personal im Restaurant äußerst freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Angebot an Essen war hervorragend, geschmacklich sehr gut und für die Kinder gab es jeden Abend ein Kinderbuffet. Die Gegend läd zu vielen verschiedenen Unternehmungen ein, auch die Touri und das Hotel bieten Veranstaltungen und Wanderungen an. Der unbegrenzte und kostenlose Zugang zum Thermalbad hat diesen Urlaub einfach perfekt gemacht."

"Fantastic stay. Great restaurant. I really enjoyed the breakfast and dinner options. Very popular place to have a drink. The owner is hands on and sponsors a variety of public events like blass band and other performers outside the hotel square. 2nd floor has a massive balcony patio, library, reading room, etc. There’s also the ability to rent an ev car or bike right from hotel. All guests I talked to enjoyed their stay and other locals in town have called it a hot spot for hanging out....

"Eine verdunkelungs Gardine hatte keine funktion. Beim frühstücksbuffett fehlte die loebe am Detail. Käse und Wurstwaren wurden als klotz hingelegt bzw. Aus der packung so abgelegt. Sah nicht ansprechend aus. Man musste öfters darauf hinweisen, dass einige sachen schon vergriffen waren. Und was total irritierend war ist, dass es kaffeekapseln zu €1.50 das stück zu erwerben war wenn man ein "guten" Kaffee trinken möchte. Wir finden, das sollte inkl. sein, oder deutlich günstiger. Ansonsten waren...

"Lovely few days spent here, AnneMarie & Horst were great hosts. The area where the pension/guest house is situated is such a beautiful little village. The views around us were to die for, every way you turned you were surrounded by snow capped mountains."
