"The hotel I stayed at was amazing, and I will return to it when I visit family again. They don't have a bellman because it's not that type of facility. Despite this, they assisted me with my luggage when I arrived and left. Due to my disability, I am unable to lift my suitcase either from my car or within the hotel. Upon my arrival, they sent someone to assist me, and my suitcase was heavy. He came into my room and put it on the luggage rack. I have no idea what I would have done without their assistance."

Took a shower before I got into bed and there wasn’t any conditioner. The outside trash at the front entrance was spilling over when we arrived and was the same as hen we left. I’ve stayed at other properties within this chain of hotels in the past. They are typically well maintained. This particular hotel left a lot to be desired"

"Here for basketball tournament with the family. The first thing my son said was it smells like cleaning products. My husband’s response was that’s a good thing. Everything in the kitchen bathroom and bedding was extremely clean and updated. We will definitely be back here for the next games."
