It was a great place to make an overnight stopover on the way from Switzerland to Malpensa Airport. Very close to the train station and just a few minutes walk into central Stresa and Lake Maggiore. The room was clean and the breakfast ample. Nothing luxurious and no view from our room but overall good value for an overnight stay.

Great hotel, nice area, just a short walk downhill to the shops/bars and restaurants. Friendly/ helpful host. Secure motorcycle parking in garage.

Very clean well run 2 star hotel

Great small family run hotel, with a good restaurant. The family is very helpful. Well located to everything and train station. Extremely clean. Bathroom small but modern. Comfortable room with reading lights. We had everything we needed.

I would stay again

Good location. Quiet part of town, a short walk to train station, town centre and lake. Friendly, helpful, considerate reception. I arrived early and was able to leave my bag in a safe place. When I returned from a day out it had been taken to my room. Pleasant, quiet, clean spacious room. Comfortable bed. Excellent wifi. Plenty of power sockets. I would prefer no rainshower (they waste water) but the additional hand held shower was ok.

A nice hotel with an unpleasant receptionist

It is a nice little hotel with quite new bathrooms, a lovely garden and a very nice morning buffet. Unfortunately we meet a very unpleasant older man when we arrived for check in. He claimed that we only had ordered one room even I had the confirmation on two rooms. At last he found the reservation on the other room and accepted but no excuse. There was no bed for the child. He just told us it cost more. No question if we wanted it and we gave up talking to him. The rest of the staff was vey kind but it is really a bad experience to be received in that way. There was no internet in one room. I think it was to far away from the router. You can easily walk from Mon Toc to the town center.

Det var veldig varmt i Stresa da vi ankom og ble ganske skuffet når vi innså at det ikke var klimaanlegg eller vifte på rommet. På grunn av varmen valgte vi å flytte til et annet hotell. Badet var laget av helstøpt plast (som å komme inn i en seilbåt) og ganske slitt. Fikk tilbud om å se andre rom, men da hadde vi allerede booket oss inn på nytt hotell. Det er mulig de andre rommene er litt bedre.

Semplice, essenziale ma perfetto per un weekend

Hotel carino con personale molto gentile a qualche minuto a piedi dal lago. Perfetto per un weekend a Stresa perché situato in un ottima posizione. Vicino alle isole Borromee, a villa Pallavicino e al Mottarone. Conveniente il prezzo!

Non accettano animali non ci sono andata.

Ho prenotato perché sul sito c era scritto che accettavano animali. Il giorno della partenza chiamo perché ho avuto problemi coi cagnolini e il proprietario in malo modo mi dice dove penso di andare con i cani. Io ho risposto che avevo prenotato perché accettavano animali e lui mi dice di no in malo modo. Ovviamente non ci sono andata.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön und das Hotel hat gehalten was es versprochen hat. Der Check Out war dann eher kühl und nicht sehr freundlich. Ausser auf Wiedersehen hat der Mann an der Reception kein Wort gesagt.
