We did not meet any staff. We were guide to keys in the room and we left the room the same way. This was ideal for us as we were on a tight schedule for an event.room was lovely. Aircon on when we arrived was a blessing! Thanks

Great location to the shops and restaurants. Staff welcoming. Lovely gardens. The room could be updated a bit. Had no bath towel to stand on but was given one next day. Tipperary was a good size cottage. Beds comfy. Crisp, clean linen. Fireplace worked well keeping cottage warm throughout the cold days and nights. Plenty of kitchen equipment and bathroom supplies.
