The cottage was comfortable and cosy, in close proximity to the Bathhouse. The fireplace was a welcome addition for a cold night. Steps to the entryway were a bit rickety, causing some issues for my daughter who has mobility concerns. Oven trays would have been useful for cooking our Christmas dinner. Overall, the place was quiet, relaxing and fairly well equipped.

Tipperary was a good size cottage. Beds comfy. Crisp, clean linen. Fireplace worked well keeping cottage warm throughout the cold days and nights. Plenty of kitchen equipment and bathroom supplies. Lovely to see kangaroo family with Joey's in pouch so close to cottage. Responsive communication. Enjoyable stay. Cleaning could be improved in bathroom, windowsills and skirting boards.

Everything you need

We stayed here for a girls spa weekend and it had everything we needed. Great location and had everything we needed. We had a tiny issue at check-in that the owner went over and above to fix - even swapping us to a different cabin to make sure we were fully accommodated. Absolutely recommend this place.

Good for our needs. Liked being able to walk to the Springs. Easy access to other towns that we wanted to visit. We are pretty easy going and it suited our needs. Kids enjoyed the large TV!

We had a lovely stay at The Cottages at Hepburn Spring. No complaints., the fireplace, location and scenery were great. If I may make a suggestion, some sort of grip/rubber on the outside steps, as it was quite slippery with all the rain we had over the weekend. I would also like to advise, there was a tall glass tumbler that has a crack ... we did not do this. It was not noticeable by the way it was positioned; it was only seen when I went to use it and noticed. I left that glass alone

Very clean, compact for a family with cooking facilities. Very serene, felt very homely However, understanding the age of the property, it needs maintenance - leaking taps, cracks and crevices through which loads of insects discuss centipedes galore due to gum trees around The insects crept into kitchen and bedroom walls too making youngsters worried While going to bed. We did not equip ourselves with lighters hence were unable to light the wood fire for heating but heating was good enough as it was not that cold. There could be extra bins in bathroom but we somehow managed Battery of clock had died down perhaps though it was not a major issue nowadays Provision of coffee / Tea etc was just enough. For two days and we had to get the rest from shops Key arrangement was excellent to operate. Overall excellent and rejuvenating experience ! Best wishes to owner and the Manager Krishnan Family

A quiet and comfortable place for a family holiday with my dog. Would be perfect if the pergola could be enclosed by a small gate at the stairs to stop the dog to get out.

Was a beautiful place to stay vey quite and had the whole place to our self the only downside was a tree was rubbing on the roof the whole night due to high wind and was making a horrible noise all night and the bed was hard. Apart from that it was a great little place

Cosy and welcoming

We just wanted a little place all to ourselves that felt warm and homely and this place did that for us. The log fire keeps the cottage toasty warm and the autumn leaves all around us was beautiful. The steps up can be slippery in the wet but that was to be expected with where the cottages were and with all the trees surrounding them.

The property was presented well , clean bedding and towels , top quality mattress , Large flat screen TV , some of the free to air channels had intermittent interference , But it has NETFLIX .
