"Very friendly staff. They had time for you, which I feel in this day and age is unusual. Breakfast to suit you! Very dog friendly ,also good dog walking around, with poo bag dispensers and bins strategically placed around the village"

They were so helpful in arranging an early check-in for us and even found a room where we could get ready before attending a wedding, which made the whole day much less stressful. Everyone was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. "Eckington Manor is a lovely hotel with very nice rooms, set in beautiful grounds, a short distance from Cheltenham. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. As the hotel is a little remote, we decided to eat in the hotel. The food was excellent as was the breakfast. Would definitely recommend and will no doubt return if we are in the Cotswolds."

"Welcome was lovely, room was really pretty with nice touches, pretty noisy though, you'll be lucky to get a solid nights sleep. Breakfast wasnt great either sadly. Overall though it was a lovely, pretty, welcoming hotel for a single night stay."

"The property was really well located, checkin quite early, with no problem from there side. The room was really clean, bed was good, bathroom had everything and loved the shower. Tom was really helpful, informative, gave us a bit of history of the building, which was fascinating. Included Breakfast was simple, but very good, and you could have ordered from the kitchen at an extra cost. Will definitely recommend."

"I originally booked my stay at the Rising Sun Inn because I was in the area to see Van Morrison. What I didn't expect was how much I'd enjoy everything else the hotel has to offer. The inn was comfortable, welcoming, and a great base for exploring the beautiful countryside. "We stayed one week in the Cottswald, and this was by far the nicest place we stayed. It was truly a resort experience. The grounds were gorgeous, and there were many indoor and outdoor seating areas including 3 posh lounges with different vibes. Reading, games and music/relaxing. Upscale Aromatherapy diffusers by each bedside! Dinner was best meal of our lives, and a lovely breakfast was included. The smart tv worked perfectly, and the staff was incredibly helpful. "We thought the breakfast buffet choices were limited, however the cooked breakfast was hot and plentiful. The staff were very efficient. Dinner was most enjoyable in a lovely dining room and the bar service was very good. Upon arrival we were given a room upgrade with a four poster bed, this was a lovely surprise. Parking was onsite without additional charge. If you are planning on walking the Malvern Hills this Hotel is in the perfect location."
