"What a wonderful, quiet sanctuary with the modern facilities and amazing chef it also has the qualities of being able to visit Melfi, which is a wonderful town rich in history. This hotel is worth the trip and you will find you get far more than what you pay for. I highly recommend it."

The breakfast was the typical breakfast in Italy with Italian cakes, cut up fruits, sliced local Kraft type cheese, yogurt, Italian croissants (home made), toast bread, and Italian cookies. The cons of the hotel: The wifi internet never worked. Actually we could never get it took to work with our cell phones. We tried on 6 different iPhones including an iPad . This family is in the business restaurant for over 100 years and you can't miss hospitality's and professional services . Location is really good walking distance from everything. "

"This was our fifth stay with Leonardo,we normally stay in to the other guest house owned by Leonardo in old town. We booked directly with the owner as we can get best the best room available. The appartments are decorated beautifully and have full kitchen facilities and private bathroom. The B&B is very close to a Local restaurant pizzeria and just a short walk from Canosa centre town(10 minutes walk).Leonardo is very helpful with recommendations about top sights to visit and restaurants to eat...

"This place is amazing. It was built as a winery in 1600’s and now it has been converted into a hotel. The architecture and interior finish is beautiful. The grounds and pool are meticulously maintained. It was a treat to have a full hot breakfast rather than the usual continental. It was very quiet however we were there in October."
