"This place was very old but newly renovated. Fresh paint and laminate floors goes along way. Their systems was not updated and I paid twice. I prepaid on Expedia using all my points and paid several weeks before arrival. But upon arrival they said I needed to pay them more money. We could not get our room until we paid. I message Expedia And complained. I was hoping Expedia would refund what I paid on-site. Instead they refunded me what I prepaid. I really wanted to use my points and pay...

"The front door didn't lock probably so at night u were half awake BC of that. Beds were new but the carpet was still the 70s and stained. It's a place where u would stay once and leave. Pay the extra to stay at the big ones. Manger was awesome and great to deal with. All in all it's a place to stay away from."

"Reception was exceptional. Staff was amazing and respectful, room condition new, pool small and welcoming, nice gym. Free parking away from crime, coffee shot 3 minutes walking distance. Room was impressive with an additional option to turn the couch into a bed. TV was nice and large. 10 minutes drive to downtown Kingston core area. This is a place, I would book again. "

"Jason at the front desk was very accommodating and customer friendly, breakfast was better than most other hotels, pool was nice but needed to be clean, beds were comfortable, cost per night was alot better than the downtown hotels."
